Registration Fees for Local Participants

20% VAT will be added to all registration fees. In case of tax change, it will be reflected in the price.

Registration Fees for International Participants

• 20% VAT will be added to all registration fees. In case of tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
• Registration as “Assistant / Student” are required to submit documentation of student participants.
• Please note that for wire transfer to the congress official bank account, the payment should be free of any bank deductions. The bank transfer fees should be covered and paid by the participants. In case of any deduction from the final amount reached to the congress official bank account, the participant will be asked to pay the discrepancy.
• In order for the congress and course registrations to take place, the payment must be made on the specified date and approved by the organization agency, based on the payment information given by contacting the organization agency.
  

  Included in the registration fee: Participation in the scientific program, name badges, certificate of participation, coffee breaks and open buffet lunches as per the program.

  Services not included in the registration fee: 20% VAT, dinners, and any food and beverage services not included in the program outside the congress foyer area.

* Congress registrants can attend one of the courses to be held on the first day free of charge, but for this, they must inform the organizing agency in advance which course they will register for.

Accommodation Fees

• The congress will be hosted at the WYNDHAM GRAND LEVENT. Other accommodation options are mentioned above. We have blocked for a limited time the rooms, which will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis. If you are interested in reserving one of these rooms, please fill the registration request form.
• 10% VAT will be added to all accommodation fees. In case of tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
• Accommodation double room difference is 50 Euro + VAT for 1 night.
• “2 Nights Accommodation Package” prices include bed and breakfast between 10 and 12 October 2024.
• “3 Nights Accommodation Package” prices include bed and breakfast between 9 and 12 October 2024.
• *Check-in from 14:00 and check-out before 12:00 (noon)

• In order for the accommodation reservation to take place, the payment must be made on the specified date and approved by the organization agency, based on the payment information given by contacting the organization agency.
• Since there are differences depending on the accommodation facility for all companions who will stay in the same room with the participant, it is necessary to apply to D Event Tourism in writing at least 7 days in advance to learn the conditions of companion accommodation. Otherwise, D Event Tourism cannot be held responsible for any problems that may arise.

Transfer Fees

• 20% VAT will be added to all transfer fees. In case of tax change, it will be reflected in the price.
• From Istanbul International airport to the congress hotel transfers will be between the 10-12 October 2024, for all participants who notified in advance the transportation hours to Organization Agency before.
• In case of time changes for transfers, please inform us at least 72 hours before your flight.
• Please contact with Organization Agency for all your private transfer requests.
